I am into real estate debt right now. Only 25% of my gross pay, but still means I have no job flexibility. I have cut back in most everything else though.
We are all going to have to cut back.
One of the most visible ways to assess the economy is the number of trucks on the highways. In the year 2000 or 2001 trucks were almost non existant on the highways.
