On the second day of sales for her new book, Laura Ingraham’s “Power to the People” is the #1 selling non-fiction book at Barnes and Noble superstores. According to sources at B&N, Ingraham’s book is even outselling Bill Clinton’s massively popular “Giving” and Rosie O'Donnell's "Celebrity Detox." As of this morning, "Power to the People" reached #1 at Amazon.

"We can’t yet predict how high her first week’s sales will be," commented Marji Ross, President of Regnery Publishing (a HUMAN EVENTS sister company), but 'Power to the People' is off to an amazing start.”

“More than 200,000 copies are already in print, making this one of the largest first printings in Regnery’s history,” continued Ross.

Laura has a new book?....hmmm, oh yeah, I do recall her mentioning it about 8,000 times in the last two weeks.

As of this moment she's running second to OJ.

Your typical B&N employee is currently reviewing their class notes from “Panties into Square Knots 101.”

I love shopping at B&N.

I will stroll down the best sellers table, put up the latest moonbat book and say loud enough to be heard "Gee, another moonbat book" and drop it back on the table with a thud.

I get a kick out of taking any CLintoon biography and moving a copy to the True Crime shelf.

One day Clintoon might be like OJ and write his “If I did it”!!

Wouldn’t it be GREAT to have Ingraham and Clinton at the same store for a book signing party? Imagine the looks of each line of Americans!

Rush mentioned the book on his show on Thursday and highly recommended it. The next day, it was #1. Coincidence? I think not!

The other thing is that people will probably actually read this book. Clinton’s and Rosey’s books will get purchased by a lot of libs trying to influence the best seller list, yet they will never take the time to actually read them.

I quit going (except to p/u a specific item) but back when I did it was big fun to pick up one of the "featured" lib-rants, pretend to glance at it and then put it back. Upside down. Then on to the next "featured" lib-rant... You can do them all in about 3 minutes.

You forgot to mention the Coffee Table Syndrome. Moonbats like the book visible when the fellow moonbats visit. Then there is the moonbat that will carry the book to lunch but never read it...

Or "Avoiding a Case of the Vapors When Another Worldview Dares Intrude on Yours."

Even Garrison Keillor admitted in a St. Paul Pioneer Press article last Sunday that he didn't have the patience (at age 65) to read all of Bill Clinton's meandering autobiography.

Moonbat books are a dime a dozen. Part of their notion that they will control the Universe by writing books no one reads.

As some B & N employees think, "Could we possibly arrest him for sacrilege?"

“If I did it” certainly makes more sense for any Clintoon book than “Giving”.

All the Clintoons have ever done is take, take take. And even the Kool-Aid drinkers on the left know that’s true.

Congrat Laura! Way to go!

Rosie can write? Does she know any words longer than 4-letter ones?

She used to be called "the Queen of Nice," when she had her show (which I could not stand - phony then and fooled so many people who were misled by the network hype. And all that shouting she did/still does drove me nuts. Maybe she has a hearing problem?)

Anyway...why hasn't she been dubbed with a true title that actually suits her - Rosie, O'Donnell - "THE QUEEN OF MEAN!"
