He’s right and that ain’t Fred.

How is he right?

Any republican candidate breaking from Bush on his policy of offensive operations against islamonuts in Iraq and elsewhere ain't getting my vote period. Any republican breaking away from Bush on tax cuts ain't getting my vote. Likewise any republican who runs as a gungrabber, pro abortionist or special rights for "special people' ain't getting my vote.

Bush is not perfect but he is a far better man than Clinton's doppleganger from the right, Newt Gingrich.

Bush is an NAU SPP Bilderburger. as is much of the republican establishment. they all need to be quietly derailed. newt’s the one to do it.

Newt says the GOP candidate needs to offer “a clean break and offer a dramatic, bold change...” I agree. Without that, it’s Bob Dole redux, no matter how well Thompson “connects with voters,” how “folksy” he is, or whatever else endears him to Fredheads.
Would G.W. Bush win a third term if he were constitutionally eligible? If the answer is no, then conservatives need Newt’s “dramatic, bold change.”
If the answer is yes, then sure, trot Fred out.
