I’d be all for that! Poodles are some of the meanest dogs I’ve ever encountered.
We can ban labs too:

but it killed a maltese, which is barely a dog, so maybe it’s ok to keep them.
At an early morning swap meet I was waiting in the car for hubby while he was browsing when a man returned from the swap meet and opened his pickup shell to let out four poodles—one large, three smaller—to obviously do their business. Within 30 seconds, they spotted two men and a small girl, about four years old, walking through the parking lot toward the swap meet. The larger poodle, followed by the others, ran up to the girl and jumped on her. It was barking but not growling (we were about ten feet away from the incident) but it clearly outweighed the child by several pounds. We couldn’t tell if it was just being “friendly” or whether it was more aggressive. The girl screamed and one of the men with her got her in his arms. The owner pulled the dogs back and the whole incident was over in a few seconds but there was time enough for campus cops to see it and make a move. If the girl was hurt, I couldn’t see it. I think she was frightened most of all. My daughter and I were surprised at how quickly it happened out of the blue.
