You're likely right.
That said, if the stuff in the rest of the article isn't accurate, I'd be surprised. Abortion is a business where people get paid to chop children up.
Frank Pavone is no liar. It's likely the story was related to him by someone who made it up, or that some details are true but others were mangled in retelling.
But whether the story is true or not...4,000 little kids a day...not a problem?
Yes, that’s usually how false stories spread. Somebody hears a story, readily believes it because it seems to support a position they’re already eager to support, and then they pass it on without really thinking about or checking its veracity. This is largely how the alarmist camp of the global warming issue, with it’s message that capitalism and comfortable, convenient lifestyles are about to bring disaster to the whole planet, got its momentum. Disaffected pro-socialist people were quick to believe and start repeating, when they heard reports (often just parts of reports, taken out of context) from scientists suggesting that very recent global warming trends were almost entirely the result of human economic activity. It can be a very dangerous thing to get in the habit of letting such tales slide through unchallenged, which is why I challenged it.
