Yes, water-boarding is torture. It creates a high level anxiety in the subject to encourage him to answer questions. The fact that its used on our people in training in irrelevant. Some of the stores I’ve heard about E&E training make water-boarding look mild...
I don’t really care though. Nothing is too horrible to inflict on these creatures.
