So I ask myself in horror, is our “justice” system really ready to let this guy walk out the door for a measly $100,000? And then I click the link on the sidebar to the story headlined “Man Convicted In Beheading of 3 Children Freed By Texas Court” http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,296612,00.html When do we say “enough is enough” and start doing what the Founders expected us to do when government became truly tyrannical?
He’s held on $10,000 bond because he hasn’t been charged with class A felony. I can’t emphasize this enough, but he hasn’t been charged with assaulting or killing this girl. He’s merely the prime suspect.
