No way. You know that if they catch you, you’ll never get to stand in court and articulate your rights.
Instead, they will confiscate your house, and never end up prosecuting you. If you want to STOP them from confiscating your house, you will have to go to a different court where you will be required to PROVE that you were obeying the law. Arguing that you had a right to disobey the law isn’t going to work there.
