Fred is a freaking Lawyer/Actor/Senator.

Do you think a man has three successful careers sitting on his ass?

Just because he did not fit your mold of what a campaign should look like doesn’t mean he’s lazy, just smart.

I am sorry he showed your guy up, whomever it is/was, but give us a break.

The best guy out there on the issues is Duncan Hunter. I'll take his resume over Fred Thompson's resume any day. I don't rule out that Fred Thompson might make a decent president. I just don't think he will get the chance if he has the nomination handed to him rather than having to earn it.
