is opposed to unconstitutional federal laws against murder, abortion, and thousands of other crimesThe Constitution does not prevent Congress from making murder of any kind a federal crime.
Ron Paul can make up all the fake Constitutional restrictions he wants - doesn't change the document.

(Why is it that so many self-proclaimed "Constitutionalists" know so little about the Constitution?)

Except on federal property, Congress is NOT authorized to make murder a federal crime. If you believe otherwise, please provide the specific article and section which grants fedgov that authority. Read the provisions of the Tenth amendment before you go looking.

The Constitution does not allow Congress to make murder of any kind a federal crime. Anything that the Constitution does not specifically say that Congress can do is constitutionally prohibited.
But you would have to be one of those dreaded Constitutionalists to know that.
