If we add a new baby to the family, we use about $4000 in healthcare for the year. Non-baby years, our entire outlay for a year’s medical care for a family of (soon to be) six is under $500.

We carry major medical—but pay for normal medical, including prescriptions, doc visits, etc, completely out of pocket. We can’t afford health insurance. We CAN afford our chosen healthcare.

Does this mean we all get pay raises instead of phony incentives, cheap prizes and commission goals that can never be met?
