WOW. What jerks.
I hated that company. After a hurricane, half the roof was torn off...literally trashing the 2nd floor (where my cube was). Well....they had rugs and they were soaked almost completely. So, they had us work on computers on wet rugs. After a month of tarps and insurance inquiries, the mold started to smell....and it made me sick. We were told to buy masks. I did. I had one of the good masks from Home depot. But it got too bad and I picked up and moved my cube to an empty one downstairs. The other people I worked with were too scared....I had too....I was getting migraines and dizzy from the mold in the walls and in the rugs. THEN...in about 8 months when the roof started to get fixed, the tar was so bad throughout the whole building and again were we told to put on masks (that we had to buy). I think back on that and could kill myself for staying there so long. We also went 2 1/2 years without a raise.
