That was hysterical!! Glad he didn't make any comments about my future husband (Matt Kenseth) running out of gas. I get enough of that from friends and family.

"Earnhardt has had as many engine failures the past seven races as he had the past four years combined." And no conspiracy? I don't buy it. The odds of that happening are probably a million to one.
We may never know, but something is/was up with this.

In case anyone cares that’s TEXAS time!! Is there any other?
To: AGreatPer
“We may never know” is right since the PTB take the engines apart at DEI. If only Nascar would check those sometimes like they pick apart everything else. They need to step in for safety’s sake and say we are concerned with the quality of your engine performance, or I should say lack thereof.
Actually it’s probably just old parts, and a rush to catch up since they have been behind everyone for several years now. They are notorious for not having enough hands to do the work. Gilmore has been spending most of his time In Michigan at the new merge engine shop.....since he’s the top engine guy I wonder who is in charge in Moorseville anyway? If not for those last engine failures and the penalty he would have been about 5th in the Chase.

You were right, and correctomundo!

And I read yesterday that ATT may have been too hasty in dumping the Cingular brand and may resurrect it... Are they going to go bankrupt again too?
To: vox_freedom
I don’t remember bankruptcy but I do remember a Federal court breaking up ATT into several regional Bells and now ATT has reacquired most of them.
What a Country!!!
