Lt. Governor is nothing! Their courts are headed by a Chief Justice, who is one of only 2 Chief Justices in the Federal Court system. The other of course is the Chief Justice of the USSC! Who are you, who is so wise in the way of Justice?

Who are you, who is so wise in the way of Justice?Back in the 1970's I was acquainted with Archibald 'Rocky' Rees, a Yale graduate who was a leader in the anti-tax movement. I was attending a CPAC meeting early in the Reagan administration and ran into him and some other associates in the conservative movement and they told me that Rocky had just received an appointment to be the Chief Justice of American Samoa, and they told me this obscure fact. Not a bad job, a non-hardworking job in an American paradise, so this stuck in my mind.
