The man is running for POTUS, and you want him to say that he’s in favor of suspending due process in certain cases. Are you really that ignorant, or are you propagandizing? Either way, anybody who’d WANT a POTUS that agreed to what you’re suggesting is spouting the same “standard leftocrat bilge” you mention.

Abraham Lincoln suspended the writ of habeus corpus during the Civil War and jailed journalists just for criticizing the war. He was right, and we need that kind of resolve today. Bin Laden is an animal. He does not deserve the protections of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
