tgslTakoma will be posting video shot this AM that shows the oil trail going out from the WALL, as if the perp was walking around a late night visitor. It also shows a trail going up and down the WALL face.

I just don’t buy the “loose gas cap/oil leak” theory.

What would a gas engine blower be doing so close to the WALL?

If it was at the top of the WALL, than there should be NO marks on the WALL face. And if some was ‘blown’ onto it, it would NOT leave an up & down trail.

And a ‘leak’ is different from a forceful ejection from a blower. A leak would have gone straight down.

And the reason for not wanting to make a report, I don’t know other than to surmise that they wanted to be PC. A lot goes on in D.C. that doesn’t go reported to the police or media, so long as there is no personal injury.
