Hmmmm. The grass at the top of the WALL does NOT come all the way to the corner edge. There is a flat part before the grass starts.

So if it was dripping, it would only be on the top.

If if was spraying out from an edger, the height of the wall would have meant the oil would have made an arc projection further out from the very bottom of the WALL.

As spots vs a stream, there is a line pattern, but if squeezed lightly from a bottle and sprayed some distabce from the perp, it would end up more like droplets. The stream does seems to go up and down the WALL face from the bottom.

I don’t buy your comments.
