Not exactly on-topic, but this is another example of how so-called "journalists" are torturing and abusing the English language. Don't these outfits have editors? Or did the editors graduate from the same j-schools?

"...find new council." -- Maybe they are looking for a new venue with a different City Council?

"Andy Savage, Attorney -- To keep them under diress." -- Let's hope his advice is better than his spelling.
