Just one more right he waived in open court , along with his right to appeal , when he plead Guilty .In Minnesota, at least, you cannot waive your right to appeal in a criminal matter.

Re #16 - But when these morons do all these pleas and “waivers” in open court without a lawyer, a judge is often inclined to set it aside.
