lol...Not only is he perfect, but it seems his whole family is...5 terrific sons, 5 perfect d-i-l, oodles of darling, perfect grandkids. He married the first gal he fell in love with...it's just not normal, all that perfection. Most American families these days have divorces, intermarriages, nasty in-laws, wayward kiddos..how can a president relate when he has a "perfect" life? He has never had financial troubles even. It seems the worst trauma in his life has been his father's unsuccessful quest to be president.
I NEVER watch Snowcroft. I was switching between MTP & Steffie (until Kerry showed up) & HLN.
I forgot to add that yes, I do know his wife has an incurable , progressive disease. And this, too, works against him, as he frequently says she is the most wonderful thing in his life etc. So, what happens if he is prez and her condition worsens, will he be emotionally equipped to deal with that and the presidency?
LOL, I guess that is the overall position of most of us here!

Townsend is just now on with Woffie, she is terrific, I must say. Woffie is an arse, talking about OBL still at large, yet never mentions the numerous opportunities prior to 9/11 that we had to get him and didn’t. Townsend does not jump on the opportunity to remind Woffie of those opportunities. Too bad.
Is that why Hagel is quitting? I had heard he would have a hard time getting re-elected.

Thanks for that report. There are some shows I really have a hard time watching, and Hate the Nation is one of those. I rarely watch Meet the Press either because I simply can’t stand the liar fat dim russert.
Does anyone have the stories about Hillary’s connection to Iranian money? There were a flurry of stories about the Hillary-Mullah Connection back when she ran for reelection but I do not have the time to dig them up.

This Week just did their “In Memoriam” segment and conveniently left off D. James Kennedy from their list of notable deaths from the week.
