One thing that's funny is that the FReepers who are giving you grief for holding this view seem to be the same ones applying the exact same criteria to Muslims with regard to terrorism. ;)

I'm unaware of polls that show a large proportion of men think rape and domestic abuse are OK. Can you give me that link please?
Islam is an ideology, though I do think that the ideology lends itself towards fanatical violence and systematic oppression, I think a lot of people make the mistake of believing that an individual Muslim is out to hurt them.
But again, you’re talking a set of beliefs, culture and history compared to what sex people are born.

And if I did see a muslim “venting” about the media bias against muslims - berating the western/christian establishment for their troubles, I think my response would be similar....Is the problem really with the media? or chrisitians? or is the problem that most acts of terrorism are committed by muslims.
