That untrue. You can absolutely tell (with a fair degree of accuracy) the bad guys from the good. Any city kid knows that.
Yes, but not everyone is a “city kid”.
And even young white kids who don’t participate in gang (or any other) violence wear the stupid looking gang banger garb.
Personally, I DO paint them all the same way. If you look like a thug, you are a thug...I have that particular prejudice as an “in your face” to stupid kids who want to look that way.
