I was sitting on the floor of a WalMart last month, negotiating with my daughter in the toy section. A WalMart employee came up and asked, rudely, "Is she yours?"

After I said yes, the woman walked away muttering "That looked suspicious."

I was too shocked to say anything, and besides, I was at a crucial point in the negotiation. ;)

A guy at the photography site, DPReview, left a post titled “So now I’m a prevert.” He’s a grandfather and the unofficial family photographer. At a summer family get-to-gether he was taking pictures of the children in their bathing suits. His wife came up to him to tell him he shouldn’t be doing that. She had to spell out to him what she meant. He was stunned.
