I doubt seriously if AQ uses video releases like these to send some kind of coded signal for an attack. They have plenty of websites and hackery to do that.

It is probably just what it seems to be, if he is truly alive, rubbing our faces in that fact, and of course issuing the invitation to Islam.

Of course they have attacks planned. The only way we will get any advance knowledge will be from captured AQ humans.
