Think about it. This article states that we are at war with a movement...and not a nation state. This means that the bad guys can not be tracked from a single country...let alone a region. It’s not like we can just keep a watchful eye out for people heading west into North or Central America from Pakistan. His position on the border is totally illogical while fighting a supposed WOT.
