I think one of the major facts that liberals avoid confronting is the flood of people from every corner of this world into America. That is a huge testimony which refutes the liberal claim of hatred for America by people in other countries. We are being overwhelmed by human beings who just want freedom from tyranny of any sort. The unfortunate thing about this mass infusion of humans is that too often they tend to vote for the same type of people and programs that made their lives untenable and caused them to leave their native homeland in the first place. If Iraq has a lasting effect beyond freeing it's people from Saddam's killing machinery, it is that the world has been warned that America will respond with a fury to attacks from outside forces. That warning also goes for Liberals who cannot be allowed to prevent the United States from protecting itself.
