I've always thought the term "Unilateralist free traders" was the same as "Free trade unilateralists", meaning, drop tariffs without free trade agreements i.e. you don't need any kind of free trade agreement, and you don't require another country to allow your goods in, you just slash your own tariffs and let the other country sell in yours without restriction.
I'm not sure CFG fits that category, since they often make cases for free trade agreements.
They apparently aren't against having trade agreements, just against enforcing them.
