Jimmy Carter. He has the same academic “I’ve got the world figured out” attitude as the worst President in modern times.

I don’t see that resemblance at all. Jimmy had/has a nice smile and wears cardigans that fit. Dr. Paul wore a suit that was two sizes to big, and I don’t think I’ve seen his smile. Come to think of it, I’m not sure I want to.
