Look, I am not saying for anyone to quit any group(s) nor am I trying to drum up membership for any group(s). That is for individuals to decide for themselves. Those that choose to join or stay in the NRA need to work to educate the members and create change within the organization. The same can be said for other groups when it is needed.

We need to end the caving on gun control, we need to support all gun ownership (even if we don’t own some types) and we also need to educate children not just about the Constitution but also about guns (use, care, etc.).

When I vote for the members of the board, my criteria is this. I vote for people who have had a track record for stopping gun control by starting grass roots organizations. They have proved their number one goal is the Second Amendment. My second is I vote for members of the government who want to be on the board and fight gun control. I also vote for women who have the same track records.
The ones I don’t vote for are the people who are record shooters or record hunters who are in the Boone and Crockett. I really don’t care how good they are with a gun. I need to see them prove they can allow others to be good with a gun by defeating gun control.
