Article lX of the NRA Bylaws specifies removal procedure. Too long for me too type (3 pages).
Briefly: Any Officer/Director may be removed by petition of any voting member of Association. Petition must be submitted 150 days prior to annual mtg. 450 signatures required. At the time of regular election of Directors voting members will be informed of the recall petition and allowed to vote on said petition.
There is a procedure. Organization. That is what separates us (NRA) from a Democrat Convention...

Thank you for doing the research.
If in those three pages they do not have a method for removing a member for cause, IMO, they should.
This isn’t a diverse group like the GOP. This is a gun rights organization. It should be cohesive. ‘Diversity’ of opinion really doesn’t have a place here.

It appears that the 150 days out from the national annual meeting gives the board a chance to prepare to vote at the meeting.
I prefer procedure too.

Screw procedure. I’d rather be a peasant with a pitchfork and act NOW than wait months and months, This bastard goes out on his ass in a timeframe measured in HOURS or my membership will go the GOA.
