Refresh my memory, what was at the start of this controversy? I read about this about a week or so ago but I’ve forgotten.

This controversy is nothing more than the ‘power structure’ trying to delegitimize Mayor Funkhauser. He wasn’t suppose to win, the brought-and-paid-for Mayor Pro-Tem Al Brooks (a black) was suppose to win and continue the TIF and taxpayer funded give-away construction projects started by the former Mayor.

Mayor Funkhauser has been under the microscope ever since he was sworn in; he is not particularly politically astute, which hurts him in the short run.

If the ~flashpoint~ wasn’t Frances Semler, it would be something or someone else.
