Tony Wasilewski told the panel that his wife of 14 years was deported this year because she was denied political asylum. She took their 6-year-old son back to Poland with her.

They don't point out that both Tony and his wife came here illegally. Poland is a free country, so why doesn't he join his loverly wife in their home country, end of problem.
