The technology is pretty darn simple. They record the votes origination address (phone number) and disallow any further votes.

I used to buy the foxnews lies, I defended them for years to liberal friends (I am NO liberal). Sadly, I was mistaken, they are wordsmith truth twisters, just like the rest of the "liberal media".
