Some people run around with a bullseye on their forehead, in effect announcing to the world at large ‘Kill Me’.
This guy is one of those types from what I can tell.

I've got to tell you that the ONE time I caught some weirdo taking pics of the kids at our local playground -- no kids of his own, just watching the kids and taking their pictures -- I darn near kicked his ass. I settled for loudly calling him out: "Why are you here? You don't have kids here -- why are you taking pictures? You do NOT have permission to take pictures of my kids."
Local cops rousted him, but it freaked me out. These sleaze bags are dangerous

I don’t think I can say what I truly feel about that man, and not be arrested.

McClellan lives off Social Security checks because he suffers from depression, paranoia and anxiety disorders.

Maine or Oregon?
It makes no difference. Both would give him keys to the city.

McClellan lives off Social Security checks because he suffers from depression, paranoia and anxiety disorders. There are a very few times that I wonder about euthanasia for the hopelessly depraved. This is one of those time.

Such as this dirtbag!

Yep.
Pedophilia has no ‘cure’. The rate of reviticism (spelling?) is 97% last time I checked, and I suspect the remaing three percent simply were never caught again.
You can do one of two things with these deviants. Lock them up forever, or excute them.
Any other course guarantees another child will be horrible assaulted, or more likely when dealing with a convicted child molester, killed so as to avoid a witness testifying against the perp.
And the ACLU is fighting for the rights of these monsters in Boston, defending NAMBLA in a case.
Liberal nutcases think the ACLU is defending the ‘webmaster’....(eyes rolling)

Recidivism
Goverment study:
Recidivism of Prisoners Released in 1994
Reports on the rearrest, reconviction, and reincarceration of former inmates who were tracked for 3 years after their release from prisons in 15 States in 1994. The former inmates represent two-thirds of all prisoners released in the United States that year. The report includes prisoner demographic characteristics (gender, race, Hispanic origin, and age), criminal record, types of offenses for which they were imprisoned, the effects of length of stay in prison on likelihood of rearrest, and comparisons with a study of prisoners released in 1983.
Highlights include the following:
- Released prisoners with the highest rearrest rates were robbers (70.2%), burglars (74.0%), larcenists (74.6%), motor vehicle thieves (78.8%), those in prison for possessing or selling stolen property (77.4%), and those in prison for possessing, using, or selling illegal weapons (70.2%).
- Within 3 years, 2.5% of released rapists were arrested for another rape, and 1.2% of those who had served time for homicide were arrested for homicide.
- The 272,111 offenders discharged in 1994 had accumulated 4.1 million arrest charges before their most recent imprisonment and another 744,000 charges within 3 years of release.
