For who? For you to read? If I had been raped over and over, I wouldn’t want to go around repeating that and hearing it stated like that over the news. It should be enough that listeners are sharp enough to understand the subtext.
I’m having a tough time feeling sorry for the hostages.
The US and many partner nations are fighting a war over there.
They should have known that they were placing themselves in extreme jeopardy. If they didn’t know that, they have no place travelling outside their own village, let alone to Afghanistan.
It was clear to everyone that they would be used as pawns and used they were. They couldn’t have been more useful if they’d voluntarily surrendered the moment they got off the plane.
As a result, Korea is out of Afghanistan and there’s credible speculation that the Taliban is $2 million richer.
Just wonderful.

The original group of 23 Korean Christian volunteers were kidnapped by Taliban militants on July 19 while on their way to provide free medical aid to poor Afghans. Over the course of their 40-day captivity, the rebels killed two men and freed two women before releasing the last groups of hostages last Wednesday and Thursday.
It's because of people like these that we have hospitals in our country and many others, medical ships, the Salvation Army, Red Cross. They are called humanitarians, and Christian ones at that. Free medical aid to poor Afghans. They went to be a witness of God's love.
Ponder that for a moment.

The true Word of God is getting out there in places like Iran and the Gulf States. Many are secretly converting. Competent Islamic apologists are few in number and weak in their arguments. I have faith that people will in record numbers come to see the Lord and in 100 years we can look at Islam as a curiosity in the pantheon of other false religions discarded like Zoroastrianism of Hellenistic Polytheism.

Christians, Muslims, and others have been tortured in India for refusing to convert to Hinduism — or in some case, to convert back.

And the courageous ones, with enough character, intestinal fortitude and/or non-Islamic religious conviction to refuse conversion were removed from the Muslim gene pool. Which explains why Muslims are in general a cowardly lot who hide behind women and children. Just my humble opinion...
