And yet, she is entrusted with the welfare of hundreds of other people's children.

this woman had a terrible lapse in memory, with her precious dtr dying, and all some can do is wonder why we just don't lock her up....

This was the second time she left a small child in the car unattended. The first time she received a warning only as the child didn't die.
