We’re all stuck here, with houses that can’t sell for 75% of what they sold for 5 years ago. If I move now, I’ll lose the house to the bank.

Then again, if I don’t get work soon, I’ll lose it anyway.

i was in the same spot as you. we moved anyway, rented the house for half what its worth and are hoping we can hold on until we can sell it for 100,000 less than its worth just to unload it and start over from SCRATCH after 20 years of bustin our butts.
