I got to go on board the board the Seawolf when it pulled into Brisbane back in the early sixties. We were among the few American living there at the time. I thought it was absolutely the coolest thing in the world. At the time it truly was.

He had been fighting pancreatic cancer for awhile when he sang this, Nessun Dorma, last year, at the Torino Olympics. It's an incredible performance. God rest his soul, in God's choir now.
