If you believe that being in Iraq is in our national interests, then it doesn’t matter if we lose elections. There are some things you have to fight and stand for.

It's obvious that there are some people who will never be satisfied with Iraq. We can stay there until 2020 and withdraw then and we'll still be leaving before some ill-defined victory is obtained.
