You don’t need a cell phone.. I learned about this from DU in threads on how to ‘hit’ text messaging polls..

It’s called SMSEverywhere. For just $39/month, you can create a program to send 2,000 messages to numbers you choose (including short codes.)

I wonder how many campaigns are using this service to hit polls?
