There is also an element of the Heaven’s Gate Cult too. Most dyed-in-the-wool Ron Paul supporters freely agree to be castrated. This allows them to espouse the Guru, Ron Paul’s, philosophy of self-abasement-and-destruction, which is in accord with his earnest national defense strategy to be used against al Qaeda and Iran.
