1) Bosnia/Serbia was not a threat to the US and is a classic example of "police action" by our civilian's (Klinton) use of the military
2) State sponsored terrorists states in the Middle East ARE a direct threat to the US and the world

Yes, The Muslims in Kosovo have ethnicly cleased the country and now want to become a separate country. Serbia is threatening to send an army into the country to stop that possible action.
