Because you can't. They don't exist. We could sit here and name the earmarks of other candidates that did get approved and funded. But we're not here to tear down other GOP candidates.

Last I checked, most of those folks don't make the Constitutionalist claims that Ron Paul does. So they are knaves. But Paul is a hypocrite.
