When can we start saying that this Demcorat fundraising scandal with Hsu is worse than the Republican fundraising scandal with Abramoff?

When can we say that Republicans throw theirs in jail while Democrats let them flee the country?

When can we turn the "culture of corruption" back onto the Democrats?
