My point is that it’s a very small world and we have approximately a billion and a half Muslims to deal with. Like it or not, what we do or don’t do affects almost everyone else. Your point seems to be that he should be concentrating on America in this first ad. If we only could, but unfortunately, the days of isolationism are over and even Ron Paul can’t bring them back. Nothing is simple or easy — everything we choose to do bears a price. Fred’s appeal is that he isn’t afraid to speak plainly to the voters and tell the truth, good, bad, and ugly. Frankly, I’m sick of political lies.
This isn't about isolationism, I was just suprised Fred didn't stick to a message the American people wanted to hear.

Statements like this are extremely necessary but I thought something just about These United States would go over better.
