But the constittuion does speak to "distrubing the peace" and he was charged with disorderly conduct.
It may make an intersting constitutional challenge...but it does not change the sordid facts about what happened and his reaction and judgement regarding it.
It doesn’t change the facts but it gives Craig too much ability to now say it was a mistake to attempt resignation. Most Constitutional lawyers would jump on this case just to get their names in a book.
