No, the bomb was laoded onto an Israeli A-4. It was not supposed to take off with the weapon...somebody screwed up and it went out to hit an Arab armored column with the pilot thinking he was going to drop conventional stuff. Then he got blown out of the sky and the bomb buried itself in some farmer's field.
