The constitution states: “They shall in all cases, except treason, felony and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same;”

Craig was travelling home from congress during a session. So was trolling for sex a felony? He pled guilty to a misdemeanor — but he should be immune from any misdemeanor charge during his travel.
