Cold front hading down maybe next weekend. WooHoo!!
Hey I won the caution pool congrats....
Johnson wins at Richmond: #48-Jimmie Johnson won the Chevy Rock and Roll 400 at Richmond International Raceway for his 6th win in 2007 and 29th of his career, locking him into the lead of the drivers points at the start of the Chase. The race for the chase ended up with #8-Dale Earnhardt Jr. losing an engine while running 3rd with 5 laps to go, finishing 30th, but it didn’t matter as #2-Kurt Busch finished 9th and #29-Kevin Harvick finished 7th, so they easily clinched a spot in the Chase. Back to the race....#20-Stewart finished 2nd, followed by #6-Ragan [best career finish], #24-Gordon, #70-Sauter [his best career finish and 1st ever top-5], #11-Hamlin, #29-Harvick, #9-Kahne, #2-Busch and #18-Yeley. Other chase drivers finished: #07-Bowyer 12th; #17-Kenseth finished 14th; #1-Truex Jr. 15th; #31-Burton 18th; #5-Busch 20th; #99-Edwards 42nd/engine. There were 12 cautions for 70 laps and 10 drivers led the race with 15 lead changes.
When the two run together, guess what? We get WET! (again)
I thought the depression was going to mexico.
But there is rain predicted for every day. I don’t care as long as the hot weather goes away it’s making whatever is wrong with me worse. Dr’s appt Wed...different Dr. Oy
Good luck with the doc.
Send some rain to Eureka. Our water bill for last month was $187.00 plus $20.00 for sewer assessment. I need a deep rock well digger. Water level is very shallow here...
Believe me, if we could send it your way, we would!
My water bill was 23.15
Here in the desert.
Sewer is 7.00 per month.
Of course, I’m not in California.
That’s outragous!
Guess it’s good to live next to a Great Lake.
Water bill is less than $35 a quarter.
Not a fan using "dirty" side, there's no "clean" side to a storm!
Dale had his share of boos for awhile until the fans began to like his success and his character as a man off the track.
As good of a description of Dale Sr that I've read. Oh, and also of Pablo.
Thank you WCG.
Well, yah, it looks wet... but thankfully the winds are low. Send her up here, or over to Tork, we could use the moisture.
I watched that.
And too many commercials for the black haired midget. Yuk!
Once, just once, I wish a driver - any driver/any series - would put 5 knuckles across the reporters face and say....
"Well, it felt like that! What other dumb ass questions do you want to ask me?"
My money is on Tony Stewart.
Somebody needs to set these a$$holes straight!
Ok, in lieu of punching out a female reporter, at least a good, "Well how do you think it felt, dumba$$? What? were you born dense? Or did you go to school to acquire that skill?"
Just ignorant. Grrrrrrrrrr.....
I did not go back through the post's so forgive....
DJ was actually doing alright, all things considered. I knew it was too good to last. Sigh....
And did Jr drive his heart out or what? There is no doubt he gave it his all. That was great to watch. That was the most time I've spent on one driver channel this year. It was great!
Another engine.....the yak is weak! Just damn!
Hoist the glass for a toast....Here's to next year!
Can't be any worse than this year, right? At least for DJ.
Jr still has a chance to put in some #1 finishes, and I'm looking forward to that!
Thanks for sharing that with us...
Wow.
I was bent about $140 last month.
Of course my electric touched the magic $300 level.
I'm sure $299.90 of that was sucked up by the A/C....
And Brains France has decreed that all drivers will be available to the press or a big fine...
