That sounds like what I was trying to recall. A bunch of Clinton WH staffers never TOOK their required drug tests. Myers was one of them.

That may not be 100% accurate, but she was definitely one of the ones who didn’t take a drug test for a long time. It was outlined in Gary Aldrich’s book. I’ll skim the book when I have a chance.
